Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped daily before 5pm. If your order is placed after this time, it will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options:

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Rein PRP products, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy:

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused and unopened.

Products must be in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.

How to Return:
Contact our customer service team at info@reinprp.co.uk to initiate a return.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, along with a return address.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
